Please return items with all components and any promotional extras. Remember to drain any fuel or oil from products before returning them. Certain items are excluded from the 30-day unwanted return (including goods that are made to measure, cut or mixed to your requirements, and used macerators, toilets or water pumps). You cannot return unwanted boilers where the product box/packaging has been opened.

To return an item
Items are shipped by our independent courier service. Please ensure there will be suitable help and access on the scheduled day of delivery.
You must inform us of any goods arriving damaged on arrival as soon as possible.
You can refuse to sign for consignment if it appears damaged. If you suspect a delivery problem, you can request to open the consignment in view of the courier.

Unwanted items Under 30 Days
To cancel your order and return items please contact our Customer Service Team on 01-5394317, or email email@example.com. Please ensure goods are returned unused and in a saleable condition with their original packaging and includes any accessories or items provided free of change or part of a deal / offer. You can return goods in person or incur the charges to send back, including any applicable transaction fees. A refund will be given when goods arrive at our depot, in saleable condition.
